Problem
Vivid Commerce needed a website redesign to modernize its online presence and enhance the user experience. The previous website was outdated, with poor navigation and unclear messaging, making it difficult for users to understand the company’s diverse range of products and services. Additionally, the site wasn't optimized for mobile devices and lacked a strong call to action, leading to low conversions. My goal was to clarify Vivid's value proposition, improve user engagement, and increase lead generation.
